What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee and optimise all brand websites (B2B and B2C).
  • Lead SEO strategy to boost traffic, performance, and search rankings.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless, on-brand user experiences.
  • Deliver actionable analytics on site performance and user behaviour.
  • Develop and execute PPC/SEM campaigns to drive leads, sales, and brand visibility.
  • Align digital efforts with broader business goals and report on ROI.
  • Own the content calendar and community management across all social channels.
  • Deliver consistent, engaging messaging and monitor performance to improve strategy.
  • Run end-to-end email campaigns that drive growth, retention, and loyalty.
  • Use data to grow subscriber lists and boost engagement.
  • Activate digital promotions, loyalty programs, and incentives for distributors and end-users.
  • Leverage digital tools to boost engagement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Work cross-functionally and manage external vendors to deliver high-impact digital initiatives.
  • Write strong briefs, lead testing, and ensure top-tier execution.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in website & ecommerce management, SEO, paid media, and social strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimising digital performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital initiatives in a dynamic environment.
