This critical position is part of our Performance Management and Quality Branch, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping a top-notch participant experience through our Continuous Improvement (CI) program, Quality Management Framework (QMF), and Performance Management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and implement effective strategies for delivering engaging digital learning content.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform project decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of capability and learning best practices.
