Overview

Receptionist (Call Centre) role at NPAworldwide. Our client is seeking a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join their busy dental practice located in Joondalup. Known for providing quality care with a personal touch, this well-established clinic offers a warm, professional environment for both patients and staff.

Job Details

This is a permanent, full-time position across 4 days per week (35.5 hours total). This role is for someone with solid call centre or phone-based sales experience looking to apply their strong customer service and selling skills in a stable, people-focused, medical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients and managing front-desk operations with warmth and professionalism
  • Handling calls and patient bookings
  • Providing information to patients regarding treatments and services
  • Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
  • Assisting with patient follow-ups and scheduling
  • Using dental practice software and adapting to new systems as required
Qualifications
  • Previous call centre experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in the dental or healthcare industry is essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new practice software
  • Sales experience or an understanding of patient conversion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Openness to feedback, coaching, and ongoing mentorship
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn something new every day
