Are you a friendly, organised, and reliable person who enjoys helping others? Join our team as a Medical Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our medical centre. As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients—providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and supporting the daily operations of our medical centre.

Responsibilities:

· Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

· Answering phone calls, handling enquiries, and booking appointments

· Processing Medicare, DVA, and private billing

· Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality

· Supporting doctors and clinical staff with administrative needs

· Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

· General office duties including scanning, filing, and data entry

What We're Looking For:

· Previous experience in a General Practice or customer service role (preferred)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong computer and administrative skills

· Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

· A professional, positive attitude and team spirit

· Knowledge of medical software (Best Practice) is a plus
