This is a Casual/part-time position with the potential for additional hours, including weekend shifts and coverage for sick leave and annual leave.

You will be responsible for:
• Greeting patients.
• Handling a variety of patients phone call enquiries.
• Handling a busy switch board.
• Booking appointments and entering patient data.
• Generating invoices and receiving payments.
• Processing Medicare Claims.
• Handling of incoming mail and preparation of mail to send.
• Maintaining doctors' bookings and schedules.
• Being responsive to other team member requests.
• Taking all doctors requests in a timely manner.
• Other adhoc administration as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the medical field.
• Be able to work in a team.
• Best Practice Software experience.
• Excellent computer abilities including Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional phone manner.
• Be able to multitask and prioritises all times.
