Are you looking for a role that keeps you active (say goodbye to that gym membership) and surrounds you with plants every day?

We're on the hunt for hands-on leaders to oversee an indoor glasshouse space and take ownership of their area. In this role, you'll lead a small team of up to four casual staff and report directly to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the team working in your area to work the most efficient and effective way possible, whilst following all safety and Haars procedures.
  • Following daily job lists
  • Picking stock to standard
  • Chemical sprays (once trained and when required).
  • Ensuring your area is clean and tidy at all times.
  • And more (there's always something to do and something new to learn)

What we need from you
  • Experience leading a small team of up to 4 people at any given time.
  • You're physically fit - It's pretty fast paced here, and you'll be on your feet for long periods of time where tasks involve undertaking repetitive muscular movements. Ability to lift weight regularly throughout the day.
  • You're reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
  • You've got great attention to detail and take pride in what you do.
  • You enjoy working in a diverse, friendly team.
  • You're looking for a full-time position.
