About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic and results driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales across Victoria's metropolitan and regional areas, focusing on our construction product portfolio. This full-time, permanent role reports to the National Sales Manager – Building Materials and Transport and is key to expanding our footprint in the construction sector.
You'll be responsible for:
Driving sales of abrasives and diamond tools tailored for construction professionals.
Managing and expanding relationships with key distributors, resellers, and end-users.
Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Delivering product training and demonstrations to support customer success.
Collaborating with internal teams to align channel strategies and market insights.
About YouYou're a passionate sales professional with:
Proven experience in the Australian Building and Construction industry, ideally with tools, abrasives, or equipment.
A strong track record in territory sales, account management, and business development.
Deep understanding of the construction market, including contractor needs and distributor dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
