Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales - Auth0 role at Okta.

The Role

Senior Manager to lead our Auth0 go-to-market team for Australia and New Zealand. You will report to the Head of Auth0, ANZ and drive growth across key accounts by leading a team of quota-carrying Account Executives responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and positioning Auth0 as a critical identity and access management solution across various industries. You will oversee the team's business development efforts, coach through complex sales cycles, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and continued growth in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute your business plan to meet revenue, pipeline, and headcount goals in the ANZ region.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for select strategic accounts.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of a Sales team.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales talent.
  • Ensure precise and accurate forecasting with Clari and maintain up-to-date Salesforce hygiene.
  • Coach Account Executives in closing complex, high-value deals through strategic guidance and executive engagement.
  • Drive strategic territory and account planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions engineering, customer success, legal, marketing, renewals, and partners to deliver outcomes for customers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales.
  • 4+ years in SaaS sales leadership, ideally leading teams closing six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Background in cloud security or identity and access management is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful partner and ISV strategies.
