You'll be the go-to person for clients and the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. This is a genuine opportunity to join a fast-growing business advisory firm in Melbourne's South East that's redefining what it means to support ambitious business owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding, service requests and correspondence
  • Coordinate workflows across tax, business services and advisory projects
  • Prepare proposals, scope of work, and client reports
  • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to keep projects moving
  • Track deadlines, compliance requirements and deliverables
  • Support Directors and Advisors with administration and organisation
  • Drive adoption and refinement of the firm's Refreshed Workflow system
Skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in professional services (accounting, financial planning or legal)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and client service focus
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, CRMs and practice management systems
  • Collaborative, proactive and growth-oriented mindset
