After 14 years of pushing boundaries in mining services, Crown Technologies is entering its next era of innovation and growth. Their electrical and gas drainage products are used in hazardous areas across mining and other industries. When you work in environments where a single oversight can cause major problems, attention to detail is everything. With projects installed in hazardous zones, there is no room for near enough, every detail matters when the stakes are this high. We are looking for a Projects Quality Administrator to be the calm, methodical brain behind the scenes, keeping every project documentation package accurate, compliant and exactly where it needs to be. This is not just filing papers. This is precision, compliance and keeping high-risk projects running safely and smoothly. YOUR NEW JOBYour role will be all about managing and controlling Crown's documentation system to the highest standards. You will work closely with operations, engineering and workshop teams to make sure everything is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organisational procedures, ISO 9001 standards, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include:Own the document control process for projectsMaintain and organise document repositories in Microsoft SharePoint, including setting up and managing site permissionsEnsure version control, storage and retrieval processes are followed so nothing is lost or outdatedCoordinate and compile product Verification Dossiers for local and regulatory compliance, checking every page for accuracy and completenessReview and update Quality Management documentation to ensure compliance and relevanceSupport inspections, non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis and reporting requirementsAssist in documenting procedures and policies, arranging meetings, noting minutes and distributing them as requiredProvide administrative support to the Operations team, including procurement assistance for project componentsActively contribute to building a strong safety, environmental and quality culture across the business ABOUT YOUProven experience in document control within engineering, construction or manufacturingAdvanced Microsoft 365 skills and strong SharePoint experienceExperience with Quality Management Systems, ideally ISO 9001Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and time managementA collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teamsAn interest in learning new tools, including AI, to improve productivity If you are the type who double checks, triple checks and takes pride in getting it right the first time, we want to hear from you.
