This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home two days per week.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide operational leadership and guidance to Care Coordinators, Service Coordinators, and Client Engagement staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure teams capture and respond to client feedback, acting as the primary escalation point for client concerns and facilitating timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, person-centred experiences for clients, ensuring services meet quality and satisfaction standards.
  • Advocate for client satisfaction by driving high-quality service delivery and fostering strong connections and engagement within the community.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives, including recruitment and retention, to build and sustain team capacity.
  • Work with the General Manager, Support at Home and internal teams to facilitate the successful transition to the new Support at Home program.
  • Achieve budget targets related to service hours, income, and expenditure.
  • Monitor operational and capital budgets, track financial performance, and guide team members in implementing corrective actions where required.
About You

The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role working in Community Services in an Aged Care setting.
