  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities and support participation.
  • Assist with internal communications: prepare, schedule, and distribute emails and newsletters; manage approval workflows; track employee feedback.
  • Organise logistics for internal and external events, including bookings, catering, venue liaison, documentation, and on-the-day support.
  • Support creation of marketing content using templates; maintain records of marketing activities and engagement data.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather content and ensure alignment with engagement and sponsorship goals.
About you
  • Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder coordination, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects and coordinating events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Experience supporting grant applications and sponsorship agreement administration.
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including Indigenous organisations, non-profits, and internal teams.
  • Skilled in coordinating internal communications and managing approval processes.
