Overview

We are growing across Australia & New Zealand and seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.

What You'll Do
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients and distributors
  • Understand customer needs and provide professional solutions using company resources
  • Achieve sales targets within your assigned region at our standard pricing level
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support projects and customer success
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (required for communicating with global HQ and clients)
  • 2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, ICT, or high-tech industries
  • Strong client relationship and business planning skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
  • Willingness to travel as needed
