**Our Client**
Our client is one of Melbourne's industry-leading specialists in medium-density residential development. They have an enviable development pipeline of high-end, design focused, mixed-use residential developments and townhouses.

With continued growth in their pipeline they are currently seeking an experienced Development Manager or recently promoted Senior Development Manager to join their close knit team.

**The Role**
Working closely with the Head of Development, this role will have responsibility for leading the development of multiple medium-density apartment and townhome developments. Partnering with market-leading architects and interior designers, these developments are very design focused and targeted to the high-end owner occupier market.

This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership for developments across feasibility, design, sales & marketing, construction and settlement. You will have a passion for high-end residential development, strong commercial acumen and will enjoy working collaboratively with an in-house team including sales and construction.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field
- Proven track record in residential development on the Eastern seaboard
- Demonstrated leadership skills with high level of emotional intelligence
- Well established commercial acumen and ability to manage development feasibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
- High attention to detail and passion for high-end residential development
