Overview

Oreana is a fully integrated developer builder with a diverse portfolio spanning investments, development and construction throughout Australia.

Within the development and construction space, we aim to pioneer the delivery of communities. Today, this comprises residential communities, large-scale townhome projects, as well as mixed-use, commercial and early education centres.

As a result of ongoing growth in the Townhomes and light commercial spaces we're looking for a talented Draftsperson to join our Victorian based Projects team. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of developments from large scale residential Townhome projects to light retail and Early Education commercial projects. This position is also responsible for all drafting related activities from receiving handover from our internal development team through to Project completion.

Responsibilities
  • Perform drafting activities from handover to project completion, covering large scale residential Townhome projects and light commercial/retail and Early Education commercial projects.
  • Prepare construction documentation with exceptional attention to detail and high level accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure seamless transitions between handover and project execution.
Qualifications
  • Must be proficient in ArchiCAD
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level accuracy skills required for preparing construction documentation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design (highly regarded)
  • 5+ years in the residential construction industry (commercial experience an advantage but not mandatory)
