We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team as Administration Officer. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality administrative support including diary management, word processing, meeting coordination, and document handling
- Providing a positive first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Managing appointment scheduling and client data using electronic systems such as CBIS, while maintaining confidentiality
- Supporting financial and procurement tasks, including invoice processing, resource ordering, and expenditure reporting
- Promoting a positive team culture with a focus on collaboration, service excellence and continuous improvement
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven administrative experience, including document preparation, accurate proofreading, and records management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise across diverse teams and clients
- Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Working knowledge of confidentiality, privacy, and workplace safety principles, with adherence to admin policies and procedures
- Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility
- Salary package with benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 per FBT year and $2,650 for Meal Entertainment per FBT year
