We are hiring Department Supervisors for our Stores in Sydney (Galeries and Chatswood Concourse) and Melbourne (Emporium, Chadstone, Highpoint and Knox)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, thoughtful service that helps customers find what they need and discover what they love
  • Guide and support the team on the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Work closely with your team and leaders to create a positive and productive work environment
  • Create beautiful functional spaces and promote visual merchandising aligned with MUJIs simplicity and minimalist ethos
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for smooth functioning of the store
  • Contribute to creating a positive working environment through effective communication and teamwork
  • Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately
  • Follow safety and operational procedures to keep a safe working environment for all

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment is preferredStrong interpersonal skills, positive can-do attitude and genuine love for learningA curious mind, adaptable and takes initiativeStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and motivate team membersExcellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stockAbility to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasksFlexibility to work at other locations in future based on business needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
