Job Opportunity

The role of Department Supervisor is available in a dynamic retail environment. In this position, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the visual standards within your department.

This includes modeling exceptional customer service, every customer, every time, and supporting and guiding your team to achieve the same.

You will also be expected to actively gain, maintain, and share product knowledge with your team, as well as work closely with the management team to improve financial performance within your department.

In addition, you will be responsible for upholding company standards and delivering store visual excellence.

Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience within retail or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed set KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills, ensuring daily priorities are executed in a timely manner.
