About your new role

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll be at the frontline making outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts. With a flexible approach, you'll negotiate repayment plans and solutions to suit our customers' circumstances. What your new job involves

  • Manage outstanding accounts from Australia's largest institutions
  • Make and receive high volume outbound/inbound calls
  • Investigate to locate and establish contact with customers
  • Build and establish relationships with customers with rapport and trust
  • Create positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions
  • Problem solving and objection handling

Who you are

Looking to start or grow your career in Financial Services with a leading company? Seeking a career change or more security and opportunity?   • Experience in call centres, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales, or similar industries
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Persistence and resilience for challenging conversations
  • Negotiation skills are highly desirable
  • A passion for results and a target-driven environment
  • A natural problem solver and solution provider
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • A willingness to learn and accept feedback

  • Must be available to work full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
