As a key player in the customer relationship management space, we are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a CRM or loyalty role, preferably within e-commerce or retail. They will be responsible for campaign planning and execution, data analysis, and customer segmentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop and execute targeted campaigns that reach customers based on their preferences and behaviors.
  • Loyalty Optimisation: Play a key role in executing and evolving our loyalty program, ensuring customer retention and growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience with customer journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, and triggered messaging.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred but not essential.
