Customer Relationship Manager

The Customer Service Representative cultivates customer relationships for current/potential customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of products and CRM processes.
This involves building trust, fostering loyalty, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Support
- Prepare quotations, manage shipment schedules, and communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Process purchase orders, sample requests, and approved return requests.
- Expedite shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and set up regular calls with customers.
- Process rebates claims and stock returns, and support quality and warranty processes.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain constructive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communication
- Employ excellent communication skills and good telephone etiquette.
- Education
- Degree in Business or related field required. 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Order Fulfilment preferred.
- Skills
- Knowledge of SAP system a plus.
- Persoanl Qualities
- Pleasant personality with a passion for service excellence.
- Strong team player who can adapt to fast-paced environment.
