Key Role Summary

This role is crucial in developing strong relationships with customers and brokers, from initial inquiries to settlement. The ideal candidate will work closely with the business development team and their brokers, effectively communicating conditions and decision outcomes via email, slack or phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer and broker relationships throughout the deal process.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize each deal and achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.
  • Effectively handle objections raised by customers or brokers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain loan approvals that meet customer needs and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B telephone sales.
  • Strong record of managing a pipeline.
  • Business lending experience (desirable).
  • Experience working in financial services (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a fast-paced pipeline.
  • Commercially astute and curious.
  • Positive attitude and self-starting nature.
