Job Role Overview
This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to customer-centric banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Critical Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service by understanding and responding to client needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Develop strong connections with clients through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve sales, service, and operational objectives.
- Offer accurate product information, manage cash transactions, and resolve client queries and complaints.
- Recommend relevant Bank products and services, and provide quality referrals to other teams.
- Support clients with electronic banking and digital services, and engage in proactive outreach to new and prospective clients.
- Maintain set performance standards, complete required training, and foster a safe working environment.
Key Requirements:
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to client needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and relationship-building skills to connect meaningfully with clients and colleagues.
- A solid understanding of ethical banking practices and the bank's purpose-driven approach.
- A proven ability to achieve results through goal-setting, personal accountability, and problem-solving.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment, with a forward-thinking mindset.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with experience in face-to-face sales or customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business communication tools.
