As Club Manager, you are the heartbeat of your club. You will:

• Lead with Purpose: Run the club like it\'s your own business. Lead the team with passion and purpose, creating an environment that builds teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement – because we get better together.
• Drive Performance: Set the tone for everything from membership growth and financial performance to the daily operations. Your leadership will drive your team's results – their success is your success, and together you'll grow and thrive.
• Build and Grow the Experience: Design and enhance a member experience that reflects Roar's core values. From the moment they walk in, members should feel part of something special, where they can grow in our community.
• Develop Your People: Empower your team by being their mentor, coach, and motivator. You'll recruit, train, and inspire your staff to reach new heights and continue growing, building a culture where everyone improves together.
• Run the Business: Manage the club's operations and resources. You'll use data to make informed decisions and adapt strategies to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Sales and Marketing: Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate sales and marketing activities within the club.

Tasks Include:

• Formulating and implementing policies and plans for advertising, public relations, sales and marketing in consultation with other Managers
• Directing the development of initiatives for new products, marketing and advertising campaigns
• Organising and controlling sales activities by setting product mix, geographical sales areas and customer service standards
• Directing merchandising methods and distribution policy by coordinating the work of salespersons, and organising agents and distributors
• Directing sales methods and arrangements by setting prices and credit arrangements
