Role Description

This is a casual with posibilty for part time or full time, on-site role for a Wedding & Sales Coordinator based in Perth, WA. The Wedding & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing wedding and sales operations, coordinating with clients, handling customer service inquiries, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events. Day-to-day tasks include booking and scheduling events, customer follow-ups, and collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications

Wedding

  • Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in using event management software
