Senior Change Manager Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk transformation, regulatory engagement, and enforceable undertakings, with 10+ years' experience in change management (5+ in senior roles). They will also possess excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills, as well as familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci and ADKAR.

This position involves leading change delivery for high-impact risk and regulatory programs, engaging with regulators and internal governance teams, developing and executing change strategies to uplift risk culture, compliance, and controls. The successful candidate will be able to partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Exec stakeholders across the business, manage stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities, and track outcomes and report on progress.

  • Key Responsibilities:
