Overview

Senior Change Manager role at ZSoft Technologies Pty Ltd. We are seeking a Senior Change Manager with proven experience delivering change initiatives in health, organisational design, and contact centre environments. The successful candidate will lead change planning, stakeholder engagement, and role design activities to ensure smooth adoption of business and technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support organisational transformation.
  • Lead change activities in health sector programs, organisational design initiatives, and contact centre transformations.
  • Conduct impact assessments and design role profiles to align with new processes, systems, and structures.
  • Develop and maintain change plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder briefings to drive understanding and adoption.
  • Monitor change progress, manage resistance, and adjust plans as required.
  • Ensure change initiatives are aligned with governance, compliance, and business objectives.
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience in change management, preferably in health sector or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead organisational design and role design projects.
  • Strong expertise in change planning, stakeholder management, and engagement strategies.
  • Experience working on contact centre transformation programs.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Change management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
  • Experience in government or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and HR transformation.
