We're seeking a dynamic Technical Support Specialist to join a rapidly growing organisation, recently acquired by a leading UK manufacturer.

This is a hands-on, mobile technical and sales support role where you'll be the face of the industry leading product portfolio. You'll work directly with end users and distributors in their own environments, providing personalized solutions and building lasting relationships that drive business growth.

The extensive product range includes premium Power Tools, Air Tools, Spray Equipment, Abrasives, and Car Care products, serving industries such as :

  • Automotive detailing and smash repair
  • Furniture making and joinery
  • Kitchen manufacturing
  • Marine industries
  • General industrial and OEM applications

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth : Maximize sales opportunities by demonstrating genuine value to customersProvide Technical Excellence : Offer front-line technical support and problem-solving across our complete product rangeTrain and Educate : Confidently demonstrate and teach end users and resellers how to get the most from our productsBuild Relationships : Develop strategic partnerships with elite customers and identify new market opportunitiesMarket Intelligence : Provide real-time insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needsSupport Events : Assist with trade nights and exhibitions alongside our distribution partners

Your Background Essential :

Sales or customer service experienceConfidence in training and demonstrating products to othersSelf motivated with excellent time management skillsArticulate, outgoing personality with natural persistenceStrong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)Willingness to travel throughout Victoria with occasional trips to Tasmania and South Australia

Highly Advantageous :

Trade background combined with sales experienceExperience in paint, automotive, or coatings industriesTechnical aptitude and problem solving mindset
