Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first escalation point for complex queries/supporting the team.
  • Handling of more complex queries from property managers and branches where required.
  • Mentoring of Accounts Assistants and providing guidance support and advice for their personal development and growth
  • Provide the Team Leader with the support to manage KPI's, identifying improvements/efficiencies, supporting with recruitment, 121's and training.
  • Timely completion of any required reporting.
  • To review balances on Reapit and ensure system is kept clean
  • Daily tasks:
    • To carry out any other tasks or projects as deemed appropriate within the main purpose of the role.
    • Reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts.
    • Complete a daily bank reconciliation and client account reconciliation on Reapit
    • Manage the credit control process of relevant invoice categories
    What Are We Looking For
    • Experience within a property or client accounting related role (3 year minimum).
    • High levels of numerical competency, able to make accurate calculations, and to explain them to clients in simple terms.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with the property managers & branch staff.
    • Strong attention to detail and consistently delivering high levels of accuracy, Ability to prioritise workloads under pressure.
    • Organised and punctual.
    • Solutions focused, able to identify and implement proactive solutions for the benefit of the client, preventing escalation and delivering an excellent client experience.
