Job Description

Act as first point of contact for complex queries and support the team. Handle more intricate matters from property managers and branches where necessary. Provide guidance, support and advice for personal development and growth to Accounts Assistants. Collaborate with Team Leader in managing key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, supporting recruitment processes, conducting 121s and training sessions. Complete all required reporting on time. Review balances on Reapit system to ensure data integrity. Perform daily tasks including reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts, completing daily bank reconciliation and client account reconciliation on Reapit, and overseeing credit control process for relevant invoice categories.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a related role.
  • High levels of numerical proficiency, able to make accurate calculations and explain them simply to clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with property managers & branch staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality work under pressure.
  • Organised and punctual individual.
  • Solutions-focused professional able to identify and implement proactive solutions to benefit clients.
