The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Digital and DTC, this 6-month fixed-term role is a key position within our direct-to-consumer (DTC) team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth order fulfillment.

Working within the DTC team and the broader business, key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage all incoming customer and business communication via phone, email, and social media.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to drive sales.
  3. Coordinate and fulfill corporate orders.
  4. Coordinate with corporate clients to provide tailored solutions.
  5. Support the processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
  6. Manage issue resolution for refunds, exchanges, and special requests.
  7. Record and report customer service issues, identify trends, and suggest areas for improvement.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work with multiple stakeholders.

Experience with Shopify and Gorgias, and working in manufacturing or FMCG sectors, will be highly regarded.
