Nursing Services Coordinator

At your-nursing-agency, we provide nursing and care services to various clients and facilities across Melbourne.
As an allocations consultant, you will be responsible for communicating with our on-hire staff and clients to deliver exceptional service. Your typical day will involve:
- Taking client requests professionally and efficiently
- Processing client bookings, monitoring shift changes, and updating staff availability
- Maintaining communication with staff and clients and problem-solving as required
About the Role:
This role requires flexibility to work between 3-5 shifts per week, with shifts rostered for 8 hours between 4:45 AM and 11:00 PM, seven days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be working exclusively onsite from our office in South Melbourne. You will need to have the ability to follow structured procedures and have high attention to detail, along with being able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, think laterally, and problem-solve.
