Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service and Sales Representative. This position involves providing exceptional service to clients while promoting the value of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
- Promote our wellness program by educating clients on new services and encouraging homecare retail purchases.
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Critical thinking skills with excellent math and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with guests.
