The Role

We're on the hunt for a Service & Maintenance Coordinator to help us keep our EV infrastructure humming. You'll work across scheduling, documentation, deliveries, and contractor support—coordinating our techs and systems to make sure work gets done accurately, safely, and on time. You'll be critical to keeping our operations lean and effective, and in return, we'll give you the tools and support to build a long-term career in Australia's fastest-growing clean energy sector.

What You'll Do

Use Simpro to schedule technicians and align jobs with customer timelines

Track and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries for service work

Maintain and review documentation for compliance and contractor onboarding

Verify purchase orders, match with deliveries, and support invoice approvals

Keep job and service tickets up to date, accurate, and closed out quickly

Identify and communicate fault patterns to the broader team

Support and maintain our workplace health & safety standards across operations

  • Confident using IT systems (especially Simpro or similar platforms)
