Overview

Join to apply for the Growth Operations Coordinator role at Kinetic IT. We're looking for a Growth Operations Coordinator to join Kinetic IT's national Sales Operations Team. In this role, you'll provide vital support across sales operations, partner management, and proposal coordination. You'll help drive business growth by delivering quality and efficient support for proposals, product and licensing, campaigns, and growth assets. This is a varied, fast-paced role where your work will directly contribute to shaping Kinetic IT's success

Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations Support: Assist with CRM updates, reporting packs, and coordinating the sales team.
  • Partner Support: Schedule meetings, track action items, update partner content, maintain records, support licensing and product sales administration.
  • Proposal Enablement: Coordinate bid meetings, support proposal development, and maintain the bid content library.
  • Campaign & Event Support: Coordinate campaign execution details (email lists, landing pages, briefing sessions) and track sales follow-up activity.
  • Growth Asset Management: Keep case studies, partner decks, intro slides, and other growth-related content current and accessible.
  • Administration: Provide general support to the Growth Operations Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll bring to the table
  • Proven experience in coordination or administration roles, ideally within IT or Sales environments
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
