This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will directly contribute to shaping our company's success. As a Growth Operations Coordinator, you will provide vital support across sales operations, partner management, and proposal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Operations Support: Assist with CRM updates, reporting packs, and coordinating the sales team.
- Partner Support: Schedule meetings, track action items, update partner content, maintain records, support licensing and product sales administration.
- Proposal Enablement: Coordinate bid meetings, support proposal development, and maintain the bid content library.
- Campaign & Event Support: Coordinate campaign execution details (email lists, landing pages, briefing sessions) and track sales follow-up activity.
- Growth Asset Management: Keep case studies, partner decks, intro slides, and other growth-related content current and accessible.
- Administration: Provide general support to the Growth Operations Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Proven experience in coordination or administration roles, ideally within IT or Sales environments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
