Senior Client Relationship Manager

Location: Sydney

Description

This role will be the main point of contact for all client queries and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve queries with the highest level of client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities include:

  1. Be the dedicated point of contact and proactively manage client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and driving resolution of issues.
  2. Participate in incident, problem, change request fulfillment, and advocate for the client in resolutions.
  3. Develop, implement, and monitor key account service level agreements (SLAs) with assigned clients.
  4. Action requests from clients and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
  5. Prepare client reports on a monthly or quarterly basis as required.
  6. Assist with onboarding new products for existing and new clients.
  7. Maintain regular contact with clients to identify needs and ensure satisfaction, including face-to-face meetings.
  8. Champion service offerings and capabilities among existing clients.
  9. Lead and mentor junior staff within the CRM team.
  10. Maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure efficient communication.
  11. Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities through cross-selling, up-selling, and contract review.
  12. Provide regular updates to internal teams on new or exiting funds.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance-related discipline.
  • 4+ years in a client relationship management role.
  • 5+ years' experience in funds administration, funds management, or a custodian role.
  • At least 8+ years' experience in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
