We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Regional Disposals Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative requirements of the assets disposal process across our WA business.

This is a busy role that requires strong organizational, prioritization, and administrative skills. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that assets are available to sell, and assist in transport activities for equipment collection and delivery.

  • Coordinate the completion of asset condition reports and photo sets to facilitate timely sales.
  • Manage auction suppliers in WA to ensure assets are ready for scheduled auctions and accurate details are provided.
  • Submit auction/local and international sale details to national finance for processing.
  • Follow up on uncollected assets and coordinate with auction suppliers for collection or abandonment.
  • Create asset release documentation for local/international sales.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in logistics activities, including equipment collection and delivery, offsite relocation, and export of assets.
