Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Asset Coordinator. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in ensuring the strategic management of company assets is executed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively within a team environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage asset condition reports and photo sets for timely sale.
  • Coordinate with auction suppliers to ensure accurate asset details for auctions.
  • Submit auction and sale details to the finance department for processing.
  • Follow up on uncollected assets and coordinate collection or abandonment with suppliers.
  • Prepare and distribute asset release documentation for local and international sales.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure available assets are sold.
  • Support equipment collection and delivery activities.
  • Review exception reports and rejected invoices to ensure compliance with month-end procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage competing objectives, multitask, and be flexible.
  • Sound computer and system skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, rental, sales, or service role.
