The role

Vitality Works is seeking a Service Delivery Lead – Vaccination Services to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of our national vaccination services.

This is a key leadership role focused on service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. You'll manage seasonal nursing teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure best-in-class outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the delivery of vaccination services across Australia, ensuring high quality and efficient operations.
• Manage nurse rosters, client schedules, and vaccine stock to optimise resources and minimise waste.
• Oversee billing, payroll, and third-party invoicing to meet financial targets.
• Act as a subject matter expert for vaccination services, maintaining training materials and service guides.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor seasonal nursing staff in collaboration with HR.
• Monitor service performance, client outcomes, and compliance with health regulations.
• Provide market insights and contribute to strategic planning and service innovation.

What You'll Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in allied health, business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in service delivery within a professional or health-related industry.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant health legislation (e.g. OH&S, IR, Clinical Governance).
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational spend.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
