**Service Delivery Lead - Seniors Services Directorate**

As a Service Delivery Lead within the Seniors Services Directorate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our aged care clients. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in guiding and supporting our dedicated teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for growth and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Uniting's policies and procedures.
- Represent Uniting at industry events and forums, championing our commitment to excellence in aged care services.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record in leading and managing teams within the aged care or healthcare sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with clients, families, and diverse stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
