As a Technical Delivery Lead at Nokia, you will be responsible for delivery of cloud solutions across the region. You will ensure these projects are completed on schedule, adhere to high-quality standards, and achieve both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, all while staying within budget and scope. Strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will partner with the Market Services team in project planning and governance, track milestones and deliverables, and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. You will foster close collaboration between engineering, R&D, product management, and customer teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration.

You will also play a critical role in resource planning, mentoring delivery engineers, identifying process improvements, and applying lessons learned to strengthen delivery efficiency. By championing delivery excellence and customer satisfaction, you will help Nokia deliver world-class Telco cloud infrastructure—supporting the broader mission of transforming global connectivity and enabling digital growth for enterprises.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Cloud Infrastructure delivery for key customers across the region, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and financial commitments.
  • Acted as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Onboarded both local and remote delivery teams, upholding high-quality standards while optimizing project financials.
  • Aligned service demand and resource supply between Market Services and Cloud Infrastructure to support effective cost management.
  • Supported pre-sales activities by validating project scope and pricing for Cloud Infrastructure deliverables.
  • Proactively identified and mitigated risks related to cost and delivery to prevent overruns.
  • Maintained accurate project status updates in organizational tools and ensured quality delivery by addressing resource gaps promptly.
  • Built and nurtured strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Accurate resource forecasting
  • Manages escalations and drive it to resolution

Skills and experience

  • Require a bachelor's degree or master's degree with related field
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience as a senior leader in project management and services/care delivery
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized individual with strong focus on driving results
  • A solid understanding of Kubernetes, Open stack, containers etc.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Prior experience in leading end-to-end deployment of Telco Cloud solutions
  • Strong adaptability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies, tools, and respond to evolving client requirements.
