This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 12-month contract paying up to $1100/ Day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta/ WFH

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Service Delivery Lead with a leading NSW Government agency. The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for delivering initiatives relating to user experience of digital services to optimise digital services experience & operational performance, transform service delivery & improve user satisfaction.

Key accountabilities include:

- Work with stakeholders to generate actionable and defined business requirements that meet user needs to optimise services, transform service delivery & improve user satisfaction
- dentify, design and develop digital solutions across support services to drive better service experiences & optimised service delivery.
- Provide insights and recommendations with regards to digital solutions to other teams within corporate services to inform service improvement & redesign initiatives.
- Lead digital initiatives & projects (development of webforms, workflow tools and UI/UX solutions) to optimise the user journey and service delivery across services & channels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the unit including reviewing and maintaining work processes and procedures and recommending opportunities for efficiency and support knowledge management initiatives and team operational requirements.

**About You**
- Experience in Enterprise Management System design and its integration across multiple legacy systems
- Experience in designing workflow management tools and experience in using low code automation solutions like Power Apps etc
- Ability to learn business processes to understand what analytics techniques might be relevant
- Understanding and practical experience using UX Design and development of workflow tools.
