Job Description

What You Will Do

Our Sales Centre team is responsible for taking inbound calls and making reservations for holiday stays for our members and guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book a memorable holiday, road trip, or getaway, and play a vital role in the customer journey.

Position Details
  • Casual positions available offering approximately 25+ hours per week, commencing from the start of October. Additional hours will be required during peak seasons and to cover staff on leave.
  • This is a hybrid role.
  • You\u2019ll be rostered 2 days per week at our Sales Centre office in Gosford; the remaining days can be worked from home.
Training
  • Your initial 2-week training will be full-time hours, held Monday to Friday at the Gosford office.
Roster & Availability
  • We operate a 7-day roster, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
  • Our office closes only on Christmas Day; availability over weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and the Christmas/New Year period is essential.
What You Will Bring
  • Demonstrated sales and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while navigating computer systems and capturing accurate information.
  • Strong computer and typing skills, proficiency in MS Office, and confident in systems navigation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment.
  • Motivated, customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a positive energy on calls.
  • Reservations experience utilizing property management and booking systems will be favourable; experience with Newbook and KPIs is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre environment is highly desirable.
