Due to an increased volume of inbound calls and customer demand, we have a number of casual Sales Agent roles available to expand our current team There is potential to work full-time hours at a casual rate, on a 7 day roster, including penalty rates for weekends. Due to the nature of rostered shifts, it is preferred that you have availability for morning and afternoon shifts.

Our Sales Centre team are predominantly responsible for taking inbound calls, to assist in making reservations for cabins, caravan and camping holidays for our members and guests. You will play a vital role in our customer journey. You will be the first touch point to making that memorable holiday, road trip, or getaway.

**How do you measure up?**:

- Demonstrated sales or exceptional customer service skills
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills - you love a chat and bring 100% energy to every call
- MS Office and strong systems navigation skills
- Reservations experience utilising property management and booking systems will be favourable
- Previous experience with Newbook will be advantageous

**AND the icing on the cake**:

- Experience within the travel, tourism sector, or an affinity with the holiday park industry
