Role: Sales Agent within financial services. Monday - Friday between 9-5pm, Located in Sydney CBD.

You will be representing ten of Australia's best known insurers to get your clients the best prices and policies and be the biggest and best in the industry. In an uncapped commissions role, this is perfect for someone who enjoys a structured and KPI driven environment and wants to build their skills in sales.
**Your new role**
Your new role will see you joining the energetic and dynamic insurance sales team, where you will be working alongside your peers to secure your customers the best deals possible. A phone-based role, your key responsibilities will be:
- Converting warm leads to sales opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients’ needs and challenges.
- Conducting effective qualification conversations with clients through your deep understanding of the products and services on offer
- Recording accurate information of what clients are looking for on the CRM system
- Working to sales and service targets that all lead towards your commission structure
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Enthusiasm and a passion for sales. You will be the decider of your success in this role, they will provide you with the structure, training and support for you to be the best that you can be.
- A fantastic phone-manner and ability to build rapport and trust with others at ease.
- Demonstrated abilities working to sales targets before, either in a contact centre, retail or any other capacity.
- Willingness to learn With access to such a great support network, they are really looking for people with hunger to be the best they can be.

- Uncapped commissions, they have multiple tiers of base salaries on offer depending on experience - however commission is all up to you
