About The Role

Join our team as a Sales Consultant or Agent, where you'll turn dreams into homes. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the home-building journey with confidence and care. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to identify their requirements and offer solutions
  • Sell contract homes and house & land packages while achieving high sales targets
  • Generate leads through display home engagement and follow up to convert interest into sales
  • Provide customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry partners
  • Weekend and public holiday availability is essential for this role, as these are prime times to connect with customers and make sales.
QualificationsAbout You
  • Real Estate Licence (highly desirable)
Skills & Attributes
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven closing ability
  • Prior experience in residential sales or understanding of construction / home building is preferred
  • Passionate about building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and sales activity - Salesforce experience is highly regarded
  • A team player who also enjoys working independently
  • Motivated by results and the thrill of closing the deal
