We are seeking an engaging individual to join our team in a contract support role at Monash University, one of Australia's leading universities. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sickness, absence reporting, and holiday tracking to support a positive workplace.
  • Handle timesheets, expenses, and maintain comprehensive employee records.
  • Uphold quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) standards.
  • Facilitate supplier management reviews and keep records organized.
  • Ensure financial transactions and WIP management are compliant.
  • Create purchase orders, process invoicing, and support preventative maintenance initiatives.
  • Assist with daily operations, team training, and relationship building with colleagues and clients.
  • Contribute to the compilation of contract review packs and identify innovative solutions.
  • Order materials, parts, and PPE with attention to detail.
About You
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with administrative systems; knowledge of contract terms, project management, and maintenance processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with Simpro or Mysupplier is advantageous.
