Join Maurice Blackburn and play a vital role in making justice accessible to all. As our receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our firm, supporting clients with compassion, clarity, and professionalism from the moment they walk through our doors or pick up the phone.
This is a permanent part time role, 3 days a week, whereby we are looking for someone who can do Wednesday and Friday for 2 of the 3 days.

What You'll Do
- Manage calls, greet guests, and coordinate meeting spaces
- Provide timely, accurate information to clients
- Keep reception running smoothly and professionally
- Support teams with admin tasks and calendar management
What You Bring
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A calm, organised approach
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
- Reception or admin experience (a plus, not a must)
- Bonus: knowledge of court systems or legal processes
