The position is for full-time employment on working Monday to Fridays from 8:30am to 5:30pm. In this role, the successful applicant will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at our Lalor office.

Skills and Experience:

To secure this fantastic opportunity you will have:

  • previous experience as a Receptionist or Legal Assistant, ideally within professional services
  • excellent communication skills
  • a good understanding of MS Office
  • attention to detail
  • professional attitude and manner
  • a pro-active team attitude
  • an obliging manner
  • the ability to work to deadlines
  • skilled in telephone etiquette and customer service

Salary package will vary based on experience, skill and productivity
